This song is about an evening.
A guy had break-up with his girl friend because she can't be with him due to family reasons. She stops meeting him, talking to him. He begs thousand times to come back but in vain. When all hopes are demolished, the guy asks her for one last evening before laeving the city. The kind of beautiful evening under the stars they always used to have together. She agrees only when the guy promises that ther will be no begging, no cry, just sweetness and goodbye.

I loved these two lines.
दिल के हजारो ख्वाब, खोने हैं हमको आज, होगी न फिर मुलाक़ात
वादा है भूलेंगे, बिन तेरे रह लेंगे, होंगे नए जज़्बात
baki lines bhi achhi hain.But on serious note the depth that you had is missing !

The topic you chose is really different in terms of nature of feelings/emotions and usually those are grievous. It's great that you have expressed those nicely but still there is scope for improvement.
In this complete writing, there is a transition which I like the most is
"न सोचना है कल, बस जीने दो ये पल"
TO
"जब सामने है कल, कैसे जीयें ये पल"
The line
"नयी कहानी का, आगाज़ करना है, हाथों में लेकर हाथ" seems to be like there is something great you are going to start with her which is not right.
In the last I couldn't understand
"आँखों की, हरियाली, दिल का रंग बदले
बातों में, कुछ बात हो, और हवा बिलकुल बदले"
Overall nice one but needs a review.
